Robert Milligan quoted in HR Dive

Robert Milligan was quoted in a June 1 story “New law gives HR more power to protect trade secrets” from HR Dive on the new Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA) which provides a new federal court civil remedy for acts of trade secret misappropriation. Milligan called the President’s signing of the DSTA a monumental day for the protection of trade secrets in the United States.
