Seyfarth Attendee Q&A
How do you see the health care landscape changing in the near future?
Telehealth, telemedicine, and innovations in technology are changing virtually every aspect of health care. Despite this (and perhaps because of this), the need for one-on-one direct provider-patient relationships has never been greater.

Question:
What is the best advice you would give to a potential health care client who is coming to you for guidance in your respective practice area?
In the health care regulatory world, there is rarely a black or white answer, and it is virtually impossible to eliminate risk. Rather, my clients must be fully advised of which regulatory and compliance issues pose the greatest risk, taking into account current regulator priorities and that particular client's business model. I draw on my years of experience and my relationships in the industry to ensure that my clients know where to prioritize compliance efforts and avoid unnecessary risk.
