Diane C. Swonk

Diane Swonk is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Economist for Mesirow Financial. As one of the most respected economists in the world, she is frequently called upon by policymakers and business leaders from Washington to Tokyo. Diane sits on several advisory committees to the Federal Reserve Board, its regional banks and the Council of Economic Advisors for the White House. Most recently, she served two consecutive terms on the Congressional Budget Office's panel of economic advisors. Currently a member of the Council on Foreign Affairs, Diane also serves  on the sitting committee for the University of Chicago-Graduate School of Business and works with the Economic and Executives’ Clubs of Chicago. Diane has earned many awards throughout her career. A past president of the National Association for Business Economics, she was named a NABE "Fellow" for outstanding contributions to the field. She’s also been called one of the "top forecasters in the country" by the Wall Street Journal. MSNBC rated her as one of the most accurate economic forecasters in 2010. Diane joined Mesirow Financial in 2004 after 19 years with Bank One Corporation and its predecessors. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in economics with top honors from the University of Michigan as well as an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance and strategic planning with top honors from the University of Chicago.

Jeff Golman is Vice Chairman of Mesirow Financial and head of its Investment Banking Group. Mr. Golman is an investment banking veteran with over 30 years of extensive experience building and managing leading investment banking franchises.  He originates and executes the full spectrum of domestic and international corporate finance transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, debt and equity financings and a broad range of financial advisory services for both public and private companies across multiple industries, including consumer and retail, industrials, food and beverage, business and industrial services and building products. Over the course of his career, Jeff has developed strong relationships with a number of private equity firms and corporate management teams.

Bruce Lubin is Executive Managing Director and President of The PrivateBank's Illinois Commercial and Specialty Banking Group, as well as The PrivateWealth Group at The PrivateBank. He oversees banking and other related financial services to middle-market commercial and industrial clients in Illinois, including the specialty banking groups, and is responsible for private banking, wealth management, and Lodestar, the Bank's investment management subsidiary. Bruce has over 30 years of experience in financial services and joined The PrivateBank in 2007. Previously he was Executive Vice President and head of the Illinois Commercial Banking Group at LaSalle Bank, N.A., which consisted of 37 divisions. He joined The Exchange National Bank of Chicago in February 1984. Prior to that, he worked at American National Bank of Chicago in commercial lending for five years.
