In the most recent term, the United States Supreme Court issued important decisions that have significant implications for corporations. The Court issued decisions impacting companies’ rights to require employees to arbitrate employment disputes, the ability of states to collect sales tax from online transactions, and American court jurisdiction human rights cases involving foreign corporations.
