Qualified Opportunity Zones have become a leading trend in real estate investment, given their tax treatment under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017. With new regulations and recent guidance issued by Treasury and the IRS, investors are considering Qualified Opportunity Funds as an emerging real estate strategy.

Please join John P. Napoli, from Seyfarth Shaw, Kenneth Weissenberg from EisnerAmper and other members from their respective firms while they facilitate a thoughtful discussion that will explore perspectives on the practical applications of Opportunity Zone investing, what you should consider when pursuing Zone projects, and the latest guidance from the government.  Joining the conversation will be industry experts Rey Ramsey from Centri Capital and Eric M. Anton from Marcus Millichap.
