Adam Greetis to Present at Retirement Plan Advisor Summit

Seyfarth’s Employee Benefits Partner Adam Greetis will present “One Trick Ahead of Disaster: Best Practices Reflecting Lessons from Litigation” panel at the Retirement Plan Advisor Summit in Chicago on July 11, 2023.  

In an era of widespread retirement fee litigation, plan sponsors need to be prepared for expected challenges to their decisions and processes. The panel will address trends in plaintiffs' complaints and Federal courts' rulings and to provide practical strategies for adding value to the advisory services.
