Adam Walsh was quoted in the article, "Youth Groups,” published in the Spring 2009 issue of OnSite, a Washington Business Journal publication. The article reported on real estate industry groups in D.C. that are targeted towards young professionals and focused on providing networking and educational opportunities. Adam, president of Real Estate Group, a D.C.-based organization for professionals under the age of 40 in the real estate field, remarked, "Real estate is a relationship industry." He noted, “What’s unique about ours is we're a core group of people in your peer group that you see on a regular basis. We are not a revolving door. If you come a few years you get 15 to 20 people you see all the time. Why I think it's successful and has endured is that you kind of grow up in the industry together. It's not predicated on the quick hit, that you come and get five deals out of it. It's more about gradually forming relationships."
