“A Supremely Memorable Case”

Alan Unikel’s article, “A Supremely Memorable Case,” was published in the September 2010 issue of the Chicago Bar Association Record. Alan's article discusses the legacy of United States Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens and his experience working with Justice Stevens at his law firm, Rothschild, Steven, Barry & Myers in the late 1960s. Alan assisted Justice Stevens on the Twin City Sportservice, Inc. et al. v. Charles O. Finley antitrust case, which has held its spot as the most "Supremely" memorable case Alan has ever worked on.
