Andrew S. Boutros to Lead Panel at 2016 ABA San Francisco Annual Meeting

Seyfarth Shaw LLP partner Andrew S. Boutros, National Co-Chair of the firm’s White Collar, Internal Investigations and False Claims Act Team, has been selected by the American Bar Association (ABA) to lead a Presidential Showcase Program on “Sexual Assault on College Campuses: Balancing the Rights and Interests of the Accused and the Victim,” which will be held at the ABA Annual Meeting in San Francisco in August 2016. Mr. Boutros, a former federal prosecutor in Chicago, will assemble a team of panelists to discuss how best to balance the rights and interest of the accused with those of the victim in college sexual assault cases.
