Andrew Sherman a Panelist for Association of Corporate Counsel Webinar "The Delta Variant: Managing (the Latest) Company-Wide Risk"

Andrew Sherman, partner in Seyfarth’s Corporate department, will serve as a panelist for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) webinar "The Delta Variant: Managing (the Latest) Company-Wide Risk" on September 8, 2021.

In 2020 many companies experienced an exponential increase in external factors impacting internal business decisions. As employers struggle to return to the office, retain their workforce and fill open positions, corporate counsel are faced with latest challenge of the on-going pandemic—the Delta Variant. The panel will discuss how they have thought through and are managing this latest company-wide risk, both in the context of strategy and growth as well as lessons learned over the last year and a half. They will also cover how companies are using enterprise risk management (ERM) as a construct to guide thinking and action and preparing stakeholders and company leadership for the unknown challenges that have yet to come.
