Angelo Paparelli quoted in Law360

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a December 24 story from Law360 entitled “Real Estate Regulation And Legislation To Watch In 2016” on another round of talks in a year's time over whether to extend the EB-5 program again and what changes should be made. Paparelli said the real battle is the definition of Target Employment Areas, referring to debate in Washington as to how to demarcate areas that require only the minimum $500,000 investment.
