Angelo Paparelli quoted in Law360, “Despite Disney Dust-Up, H-1B Visa Program Rarely Misused”

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a June 4 story from Law360 on recent allegations that the H-1B program was used to exchange U.S. tech workers for cheaper replacements. Paparelli said that the use of consultants in the IT industry is widespread in America, with many domestic companies and even the U.S. government contracting for these services. Paparelli also noted that if a U.S. worker feels they’ve been unfairly displaced, they can always make a claim with the DOL.
