Angelo Paparelli quoted in Law360, “USCIS Restarts Faster Processing For H-1B Stay Extensions”

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a July 13 story from Law360 on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services restarting premium processing requests for H-1B extension petitions, roughly two months after the agency paused the service to implement a new rule allowing some H-4 spouses to seek work authorization. Paparelli said the firm was so flooded with requests from H-4 spouses who may be eligible to work under the new rule that the firm formed an emergency response team.
