Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a March 21 story “USCIS Final Guidance on I-140 Job Portability Continues to Use Labor Department’s Codes” from Bloomberg BNA Daily Labor Report on a final policy memorandum that USCIS adjudicators can rely on the Labor Department’s Standard Occupational Classification codes to determine whether a job is the “same or similar” for purposes of job portability.
