Angelo Paparelli was quoted in the Wall Street Journal

Angelo Paparelli was quoted in a July 6 story “Hundreds of Veterans Were Deported, Rights Group Says”  from the Wall Street Journal on an ACLU report which documents non-U.S. citizens who served in military and committed deportable crimes. Paparelli said that they should be looked at compassionately, with a view to whether they are a threat to the community and did something wrong that can be attributed to injury or trauma.
