Arren Goldman, partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department and co-lead of the firm's Distressed Situations team, is serving as a panelist for "Learning Lab: Dissecting Difficult Loan Documents" at MBA’s Commercial and Multifamily Finance Servicing and Technology Conference on May 17, 2022.

The panel will provide a forum to discuss existing and emerging loan document issues including zoning, Scriveners Error, unrealistic borrower performance requirements, conflicting dates in operating and loan agreements, inapplicable "boiler plate" language, and discrepancies between loan document requirements.
