About the Program
Artificial intelligence is transforming how businesses create, store, and share information. While AI tools offer powerful efficiencies, they also introduce new risks to trade secrets and restrictive covenant enforcement. As employees increasingly rely on generative tools in daily workflows, the line between innovation and inadvertent disclosure can quickly blur.
This program explores the evolving intersection of AI and confidential information, including:
- The opportunities AI presents for strengthening trade secret protection and restrictive covenant strategies
- The legal and operational risks associated with AI use, oversharing, and data exposure
- Practical AI tools organizations can responsibly implement to enhance compliance and monitoring
- Policy, training, and governance considerations to protect competitive advantage
Join us for a practical discussion on navigating AI’s growing role in protecting trade secrets and restrictive covenants.
