Ben Conley quoted in Benefits Pro

Ben Conley was quoted in an April 21 story from Benefits Pro, “States ease health plan eligibility requirements for furloughed workers.” Conley said that he’s seen a few states strongly recommend that employers sponsoring self-insured plans provide bridge coverage, but even those directives seem to recognize that the state insurance commissioners have no authority to expressly order this.  You can read the full article here.
