Ben Conley was quoted in a December 11 story from Benefits Pro, "A few more details in the latest surprise billing legislation," on the Lower Health Care Costs Act. Conley said that this legislation has a lot. He said it’s a hodgepodge of wish list items that have accumulated since the ACA.
