Brenda Radmacher to Speak at AAA Webinar “Effective Advocacy in Construction Arbitration”

Brenda Radmacher, partner in Seyfarth’s Construction practice, will serve as a panelist for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) webinar “Effective Advocacy in Construction Arbitration: Presenting to Arbitrators and Managing Expectations” on November 3, 2025, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. ET.

Part of AAA’s four-part series on navigating complex construction disputes, this session will provide practical guidance from both arbitrators and advocates on crafting persuasive arguments, working effectively with expert witnesses, and addressing procedural challenges. Attendees will gain actionable strategies to enhance advocacy skills while maintaining arbitration’s core values of fairness, flexibility, and efficiency.
