Camille Olson is quoted in the article, "Office Romance Could Lead to Love Contract," published in the February 14, 2008 issue of the Chicago Sun-Times. The article, a propos of its publication on Valentine’s Day, discusses love contracts, which are intended to protect employers should romances between coworkers turn sour.

Camille notes that a love contract stipulates that the relationship is consensual, not coerced and not designed to help advance anyone's career. She further states that legally, companies can't have a blanket policy prohibiting employees from so-called "off-duty legal activity," including dating. That is "unless there is some job-related business reason why it's appropriate for the employee to regulate it," such as one is in a supervisory role, she said.
