Christopher Robertson quoted by the Boston Globe, “Decade-old lawsuit brings windfall to aid agency”

Christopher Robertson was quoted by the Boston Globe on February 7 regarding the firm’s pro bono representation of the Charlestown and Bunker Hill housing developments in a class action lawsuit against the Boston Housing Authority (BHA). The 2003 lawsuit accused the housing authority of ignoring lead paint laws that Massachusetts had enacted more than 40 years earlier. The firm reached a settlement of $300,000 with the BHA in 2013 and the leftover $188,000 went to HomeStart Inc., a nonprofit agency that aids the homeless.
