Christopher Robertson, co-chair of Seyfarth Shaw’s Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower Team, was quoted April 14 in Law360. The article reported on  U.S. Senator Carl Levin’s plans to refer allegations that Goldman lied to or knowingly misled Congress to the U.S. Department of Justice. Christopher commented that while Goldman may seem like an easy target in some ways, charges of lying to Congress or a grand jury are challenging, even with a high-profile push.

“As we just saw with the Barry Bonds trial, perjury is a tough thing to prove,” Christopher stated.
