David Bizar Moderating Session at ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting

Seyfarth Partner David Bizar is moderating a panel on Saturday, April 6, at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2013 Spring Meeting, taking place in Washington, D.C.  David’s session is entitled  “Noel Canning, CFPB CIDS & Examinations – The Litigation Perspective.”

With the vast enforcement powers and penalties available to it, a visit from the CFPB in the form of a CID or examination request could require handling with an eye toward litigation. This program will examine the process in detail and provide pointers on representing the party being examined.
