Dawn Mertineit quoted in Bloomberg Law

Dawn Mertineit was quoted in an April 20 story from Bloomberg Law, “High Court to Hear Case Testing Scope of Anti-Hack Law.”  Mertineit said the appeals court split on interpreting the law means an employee who hands an employer’s confidential information to a rival might only be held liable only in some parts of the country.  You can read the full article here.
