On Monday, October 4, Seyfarth employee benefits attorneys Diane Dygert and Richard Schwartz will present the ERIC webinar “Roth Conversions and the House Reconciliation Bill.” The House Reconciliation bill includes several provisions that would affect the tax benefits associated with retirement plans. In particular, plan sponsors have questions about the provisions limiting Roth conversion options. Diane and Richard will discuss these proposals.
