Diane Dygert was quoted in a March 8 story from Bloomberg Law, “Fast Exit From Russian Funds for 401(k)s? Yes, Under ESG Plan.” Dygert said that if the proposed ESG rule were to take effect, private-sector pensions and defined-contribution plans would be more flexible to make adjustments to align with financially material world events, but they still wouldn’t be as agile as public pensions.
