“Seyfarth Adds PE Firm’s Ex-GC as Partner in NY”

The addition of partner Donald Lepore to Seyfarth Shaw’s Corporate practice was the focus of an article appearing in the July 18 issue of Law360. According to the article, Don, who is the former general counsel of private investment fund firm RNK Capital LLC, decided to return to private practice so he could broaden his exposure to different industries and clients.

Regarding the move, Don remarked, “I’m looking to replicate my RNK experience on a broader scale with small-to-middle market managers on both the transaction side and the fund operations side.”
