Douglas Mancino a Panelist for Withum Webinar "Donor Advised Funds—Is Change in The Air?"

Douglas Mancino, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and co-chair of the firm's Tax-Exempt Organizations practice, will serve as a panelist for the Withum webinar "Donor Advised Funds—Is Change in The Air?" on December 9, 2021.

The panel will discuss potential changes in both certain tax aspects and transparency of donor advised funds (DAFs), as well as the status and potential direction of potential changes in the air for DAFs. Potential changes may result from both federal and state legislation and through proposed federal regulations.
