Douglas Mancino quoted in Tax Notes Today, “EO Hospital Regs an Improvement, Practitioners Say’”

Douglas Mancino was quoted in a December 31 story from Tax Notes Today regarding the newly released final regulations on Affordable Care Act provisions governing charitable hospitals. Mancino told the publication that it appears Treasury and the IRS listened to the extensive comments the agencies received on the proposed regs and subsequently simplified or reduced the number of mandatory requirements charitable hospitals have to satisfy.
