EPA Designates the Chicagoland Area as Marginal Nonattainment for Ozone

In a not unexpected final rule issued today by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) it has listed the "Chicago-Naperville, IL-IN-WI Nonattainment Area" as marginal nonattainment.
