EPA Proposes Greenhouse Gas Rule For Emissions Data Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today proposed to amend the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting rule, for certain categories of reporters.
