Seyfarth Shaw and FTI Consulting will be hosting our in-person fall panel on the current state of the real estate market. Topics will include what's happening on the front lines, navigating challenges and crafting creative solutions in today's current environment. This panel brings together experts with front line experience and a broad range of views, including equity side, work out specialists, lenders, servicers specialists, and owners/operators/borrowers. Discussion will involve structured and securitized lending, alternative lending, and traditional lending, active marketplace challenges, war stories, potential pitfalls and creative solutions, and where the real estate market may be headed going into 2026. 

The program is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12th at Seyfarth Shaw, located at 620 Eighth Avenue, New York, NY 10018. In-person registration will begin at 4:30pm EST, panel discussion at 5:00pm EST, with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to follow.
