Howard Pianko and Linda Haynes participating in PLI’s “Pension Plan Investments 2023: Advanced Perspectives”

Howard Pianko and Linda Haynes, Seyfarth Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation attorneys, will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) “Pension Plan Investments 2023: Advanced Perspectives” program on Tuesday, November 14. This event will be held at PLI New York from 9:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Eastern.

Howard is a co-Chair for the program. Linda will present as part of the “Current Issues and Trends in Plan Governance” panel, where leading plan governance experts will discuss current issues and trends affecting how plans make investment decisions.

In this program, experienced ERISA practitioners in the area of plan investments will provide their perspectives, and share their substantive knowledge, on recent structural and legal developments in this space.  The ongoing evolution in ERISA statutory and regulatory issues ensures a full agenda for the panelists to explore and analyze. This conference also is an essential venue for learning about new plan investment products and market practices.
