Carew, Esq., Seyfarth’s Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer, interviewing Minda. Minda is the author of Right Within: How to Heal from Racial Trauma in the Workplace and the best-selling book The Memo.
To cultivate belonging and inclusion, understanding our varied experiences is critical. We will explore common workplace experiences for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) women and the role of allies in improving workplace engagement and advancement of all, including the group most left-behind in the legal profession, women of color as illustrated in the ABA’s Left-Out and Left-Behind report.
Feel free to invite clients and family to join us. We welcome questions for Minda which you can submit when you register.
We encourage you to read Minda’s book, Right Within: How to Heal from Racial Trauma in the Workplace before our conversation. OID will provide 30 Amazon e-cards to purchase the book in your preferred format to the first 30 people who send an e-card request to Justine Lewis.
