About the Program

Italian employment law comprises a complex set of rules, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Targeted toward multinational employers with operations in Italy, this 30-minute webinar will highlight the main principles of the Italian employment and labor system, including important comparisons to the system in the U.S.

Sofia Bargellini, Seyfarth’s Italian qualified employment law expert, and Dan Waldman, an international employment law specialist, look forward to providing attendees guidance on the key features of Italian employment law, including Collective Labour Agreements and their rules, employment contracts, disciplinary procedure and dismissals.
