Seyfarth Shaw chairman J. Stephen Poor is quoted in a February 26 article in The American Lawyer discussing solid financial results for the firm over 2012, which benefitited from the use of SeyfarthLean, Seyfarth's Six Sigma-based program. According to Steve,  it has helped “bring innovation to pricing mechanisms, process mapping and other aspects of service delivery.”
