James Daley quoted in Bloomberg BNA

James Daley was quoted in a December 18 story from Bloomberg BNA entitled “EU Data Laws: Boon or Headache for U.S. Lawyers?” on the European Commission’s new sweeping data protection reform deal that would increase fines for privacy violations and bring a number of other changes to the regulations throughout the continent. Daley said there’s been a tsunami of changes as a result of the new deal, similar to when the first eDiscovery opinions came out in the early 2000s.
