James Napoli quoted by CFO.com, “Like It or Not, It’s Time to Face Obamacare”

James Napoli was quoted in a June 25 story from CFO.com on the Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Care Act in King v. Burwell. Napoli said the ruling today really puts into focus that the ACA, and the Cadillac tax under the act, is not going anywhere anytime soon so employers really have to start focusing on their strategy as 2018 approaches.
