James Napoli was quoted in a March 4 story from LifeHealthPro on the recent oral arguments at the U.S. Supreme Court in King v. Burwell. Napoli says elimination of the PPACA premium tax credit in HHS exchange states would eliminate the need for employers in those states to comply with the PPACA employer coverage “shared responsibility provisions.”
