Jason DeJonker to Speak at IAKL Panel "Liability Management Exercises in Modern Finance: Legal Boundaries, Risks, and Innovation"

Jason DeJonker, partner in Seyfarth's Corporate department and chair of the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice group, will speak at the session, "Liability Management Exercises in Modern Finance: Legal Boundaries, Risks, and Innovation," at the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL) Annual Conference in London, England on October 1.

Founded in 1988, IAKL is a global network of over 3,500 lawyers of Korean heritage or with strong connections to Korea. This event is the premier legal conference for Korean lawyers and practitioners active in the Korean legal market.
