Jeb Bryan’s article, “Emission Policies Will Impact the Future of Development Projects,” was published in the Winter 2008 issue of Real Estate Finance Journal. Jeb’s article “offers a glimpse at some of the efforts taken on national and local levels to address the impacts on climate from new development projects.”

Jeb advises developers to be aware of the existence of the laws and policies addressing climate change in their area. He notes that developers need to be prepared to mitigate the climate impacts of their new projects “and adjust their designs to incorporate [Green House Gas] reducing options.”
