Jesse Coleman Discusses Texas US District Court Ruling on Noncompete Ban in TechTarget

TechTarget quoted Jesse Coleman in its article, “Businesses left in legal limbo with FTC noncompete ban,” on July 12. Coleman discussed how, in the aftermath of its Ryan v FTC ruling on July 3, a US District Court in Texas will issue a final ruling at the end of August on whether to grant a permanent injunction against the Federal Trade Commission's ban on noncompete agreements.
