Jiten Patel to Speak at ABA Webinar "Understanding Purchase and Sale Agreements"

Jiten Patel, associate in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, will serve as a speaker at the American Bar Association (ABA) webinar, "Understanding Purchase and Sale Agreements," on October 15.

The webinar will provide new attorneys with a practical, working understanding of Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs). Attendees will walk through the key components of a PSA, learning how to identify and draft essential provisions, flag common issues, and understand the impact of various terms on the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers. 

This program is part of the webinar series, "Essentials for Real Estate Practitioners," which will take place throughout October 2025. The series aims to provide new practitioners with practical, basic training on a variety of real property transactional topics.
