Joseph Dyer was quoted in the August 31, 2010, issue of Compliance Week, "Federal Contractors Under Greater Scrutiny."  The article focused on the ever-growing compliance requirements imposed by regulators and legislators and the increased enforcement focused on government contractors.

“My suspicion is that this is not going to ease anytime soon,” Joe said.  

According to the article, the most recent targets of enforcement officials are executive compensation and sub-contract awards.
