Ken Wilton Discusses Push for USPTO Staff to Resign in World Trademark Review

World Trademark Review quoted Ken Wilton in its article, “IP community responds to memo that could ‘wreak havoc’ on the USPTO, as staff are rocked by buyout offer,” on January 29. Wilton discussed the recent memo sent to staff of the United States Patent and Trademark Office offering incentives for them to resign, adding to more internal uncertainty.

“If implemented, I think this may wreak havoc with the entire patent and trademark protection scheme in the US.”
