On Thursday, August 4, Seyfarth Partner Kenneth Wilton presented at the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Idea Exchange, “15 Questions You Never Dared to Ask.”
The goal of the idea exchange was to address questions that young practitioners in the field are often scared to ask. Panelists covered a variety of questions, including:
What can I and can‘t I bill clients for?
- How should I decline a request to sign a declaration that I cannot verify?
- What’s the best way for me to follow up with non-responsive clients and supervisors?
- How can I successfully balance multiple projects from multiple supervisors?
