Seyfarth Shaw’s Lauren Regis and Christopher Robertson authored an article in the March 19 edition ofBloomberg BNA’s Corporate Counsel Weekly, examining the Supreme Court’s recent 6-3 ruling which held that the Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower protection includes employees of a public company’s private contractors and subcontractors.
