She discussed how 'soft skills' like leadership, communication, and understanding human dynamics will only become more valuable as AI use in legal practice continues to rise, explaining: "It will come to light just how important those skills are when the hard skills are increasingly being supported by the use of AI. Being the technical expert won't actually be enough. More and more, I think leadership is being valued for bringing people together.”
Dewji further highlighted how taking on opportunities beyond her day-to-day legal work helped shape her professional path, noting: "Having that side hustle has been really helpful. It has opened a lot of doors for me in other ways."
