Liz Deckman quoted in Bloomberg Law

Liz Deckman was quoted in a May 24 story from Bloomberg Law, “Punching In: Home-Care Industry Attacks Rule Giving Workers OT.” While discussing an IRS ruling that allows an employer to offer a student loan repayment benefit as part of its retirement plan, Deckman said that in order for employers to pass that testing, they have to provide benefits equally.
